Baltazar Management closes down its internet cd store
Newnetmusic.com was set up back in the last century in the year 1999 AD. It was developed for the use of The Danish National Jazz Ensemble (not a part of the former east block, as the name may suggest :). It turned out that many others were interested in selling their cd´s through Newnetmusic and we ended up with about 100 titles. All profits from sales were given to the artists or companies that owned the cd´s.
As it never has been much of a business, we feel that Newnetmusic has run its course. With the many good deals available to artists who want to sell their music over the internet, the opportunities are much better now than they were in ‘99. Send us an e-mail if you disagree. We would love to prove you wrong.
On this site we will continue to offer cd´s by the artists that we represent . Right now you can listen to Dana LaCroix’s new release (available Feb 26), or how about the latest Chris Minh Doky release, The Nomad Diaries (Blue Note Records) Cick here to listen.
