She has lead workshops at national events and conferences, functioned as a private coach for business executives and appeared as a guest teacher at top colleges and universities.

KIM BOCK
Saxophonist, composer and jazz method author, Kim Bock is available for clinics.
In March 2002 Mel Bay Publications (worldwide music publisher www.melbay.com) published “Essential Jazz Lines in the style of John Coltrane”. This was Kim Bock’s first jazz method book for Mel Bay (co-author Corey Christiansen). His in-depth knowledge of jazz saxophonist John Coltrane and the modern jazz idiom as a whole resulted in Mel Bay signing Kim Bock as an author. The book was published worldwide and quicly rose to become a bestseller. Kim Bock’s second book for the publisher “Essential Jazz Lines in the style of Clifford Brown” was published in 2004.

PETER RETZLAFF
Jazz drummer, Peter Retzlaff, is available for workshops and clinics.
Peter Retzlaff is best known for his approach to jazz, funk and ensemble-playing. He holds a Masters Degree from Manhattan School of Music, and has studied with such greats as David Garibaldi, Gary Chaffee, John Riley, Ed Soph and Billy Hart. He has performed with Maynard Ferguson, and pianist Kenny Werner as well as Diane Schuur and Greg Osby. He maintains an active private teaching schedule, instructing classes in jazz, funk, rock, reggae, fusion, odd times, reading, rudiments, independence and ensemble performance. Peter has been awarded three grants from the National Endowment for the Arts and was a featured clinician and speaker at the 2003 PASIC Conference.
